To become one of the best second cycle institutions in the Upper West Region and Ghana, that provides opportunity to Junior High School graduates to access second cycle level of education and give them formidable grounds for tertiary education worldwide.
About Northern Star Senior High
Northern Star Senior High School was established in September 2012 by an Islamic based local NGO known as Bambu Foundation and absorbed into the Public School System in November 2016. Members of the Foundation taught in the school for more than a year without any form of remuneration. They started on borrowed premises at Kumbiehi before moving to its permanent site at Mangu, a suburb of Wa township. The School allows all faith practitioners to practice without any hindrance.
